We're looking for a Senior Program Manager - Aviation to help shape that future. In this role, you'll oversee the successful delivery of multiple aviation design and construction projects—managing multidisciplinary teams, collaborating closely with clients and regulatory agencies, and ensuring every project meets scope, budget, and schedule expectations. You'll bring deep aviation expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to drive results on high‑profile, complex programs. What you'll do
  • Lead and manage aviation infrastructure projects from proposal through close‑out.
  • Coordinate internal resources, subconsultants, and project teams including architects, engineers, and designers.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with clients, FAA, state DOTs, subcontractors, and design teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and reporting.
  • Oversee preparation of design documents including drawings, specifications, technical reports, and cost estimates.
  • Ensure all project work complies with client standards, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance procedures.
  • Conduct design reviews, support value engineering, and implement quality control measures.
  • Monitor project performance, proactively address risks, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare permitting documents and support regulatory submissions.
  • Support business development activities including proposals, teaming strategies, and client engagement.
  • Provide on‑site project and program management support when required.
  • Mentor, coach, and oversee junior staff and technical team members.

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline
  • Substantial experience managing major airport capital programs
  • Substantial experience working with airport authorities, aviation regulatory agencies and other stakeholders
  • Previous experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to interpret and prepare technical specifications and contract documents
  • Familiarity with LEED certification processes and OSHA safety requirements
  • Ability to resolve complex design and coordination challenges
  • Experience with CPM scheduling and project management tracking tools Ideally, you'll also have
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification
