Manager Executive Search | $90,500 Base Salary +Bonus + Excellent Benefits We are seeking an experienced Security Manager to lead and oversee its security operations, personnel, client relationships, and operational processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven security professional who understands the contract security industry , knows how to manage people and client expectations, and can take ownership of day-to-day operations while driving accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement. This is a high-visibility, client-facing position requiring someone who can build strong relationships, communicate effectively, manage a diverse workforce, and resolve issues before they become problems. The successful candidate will be comfortable moving between strategic responsibilities and hands-on operational management. You will be expected to lead people, manage processes, communicate with clients, identify problems, develop solutions, and ensure commitments are consistently delivered. Key Responsibilities Manage and lead security personnel, supervisors, and field operations Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and serve as a primary point of contact Ensure contract requirements, post orders, policies, and company procedures are consistently followed Recruit, train, develop, coach, and hold security personnel accountable Monitor staffing levels, scheduling, attendance, performance, and overall site coverage Conduct site visits, inspections, audits, and operational reviews Identify operational issues and implement effective corrective actions Serve as a problem solver and escalation point for clients and employees Ensure company processes and administrative requirements are properly executed Monitor service quality and identify opportunities for improvement Communicate effectively with clients, employees, management, and other stakeholders Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and utilize technology to manage operations Respond professionally and decisively to security incidents and operational challenges Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and contractual requirements Provide leadership, accountability, and direction to the entire operation What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in the contract security industry Demonstrated experience managing security officers and supervisors Strong leadership and personnel-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities Strong client-service and relationship-management skills The ability to work independently and make sound decisions A demonstrated ability to identify problems and develop practical solutions Strong attention to detail and follow-through Professional presence and the ability to confidently interact with clients at all levels Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business technology The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment The Right Candidate We're looking for more than someone who can simply manage a schedule or fill open posts.
