Yes - frequent domestic travel; occasional international travel Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Regional Security Manager to oversee physical security operations across multiple sites. This is a fully remote position and is not based in Ohio or any single office location . Candidates may be located anywhere in the United States. This role is responsible for security operations, compliance, incident management, vendor oversight, and team training. The position requires regular travel to support site operations. Responsibilities Manage multi-site physical security operations Oversee contract security vendors and personnel Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and safety standards Lead incident response, investigations, and reporting Conduct site audits and security assessments Support new site security deployments and launches Prepare reports, KPIs, and management updates Train and develop security staff Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders Requirements Experience managing regional or multi-site security operations Knowledge of CCTV, access control, and alarm systems Incident management and investigation experience Strong leadership and vendor management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to travel regularly and on short notice Valid passport required Preferred Qualifications Data center or critical infrastructure experience Experience in SLA-based or contract security environments Training or mentoring experience Benefits Remote work flexibility (U.S.-based) Career growth opportunities Professional development and training Work in mission-critical environments Apply Today If you're a proactive security leader with multi-site experience, we encourage you to apply.

$90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
