Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Account Manager to lead a team of security professionals providing services to private communities. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage personnel, maintain client relationships, and ensure the highest standards of safety and professionalism are upheld.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, mentor, and schedule a team of security officers to ensure consistent, high-quality service. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring client satisfaction. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain security standards and compliance. Resolve conflicts and handle incidents effectively, utilizing strong problem-solving and communication skills. Maintain detailed reports, logs, and documentation as required. Support hiring, training, and performance management of security personnel. Promote a positive, professional culture within the team and represent Apollo Security Group with integrity.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing teams, preferably in security, law enforcement, or customer service environments. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work closely with clients and team members. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and sound judgment in high-pressure situations. Stable work history and commitment to long-term career growth. Ability to lead by example, maintain professionalism, and foster a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Backgrounds:
Prior law enforcement, military, or security experience. Customer service experience demonstrating client-facing professionalism.
