Job Type:
Full-time, on-site (core hours 0730-1630L Mon-Fri) Primary Responsibilities (aligned with PWS 4.2, 5.2, and overall contract) Key Duties Serve as primary Site Lead and overall contract performance lead with full authority on daily operations; act as principal point of contact for CO/COR. Execute full duties of the Security Administration Manager (SAM) IAW DoD/AF/ICD directives. Manage local security databases, rosters, reinvestigations, in/out processing for ~230 personnel (mil/civ/contractor). Develop/maintain security training programs, SOPs, continuity binders. Conduct internal SAVs, facilitate external inspections. Oversee IDS/ADS, cypher locks, X-09 locks, SF-700/701/702, EAL updates, restricted area badges. Coordinate removable media, security violations, and interface with base security offices (28 BW/SFS, AFOSI, ACC/SSO). Ensure zero critical findings and 100% compliance with all security reporting. Oversee Personnel Security and Physical Security functions; ensure seamless integration across all three areas. Manage short-term absences and permanent vacancies to guarantee no mission degradation. Prepare monthly status reports, quality control, and all contract deliverables. Minimum Qualifications Active Top Secret / SCI clearance Minimum 1 year supervisory/project management experience + demonstrated strong written/verbal communication Minimum 1 year experience working in a TS/SCI facility + 1 year dedicated security administration/program management Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and DoD/AF security databases (DISS/JPAS, etc.) Strong knowledge of AFM 14-304, DoD 5105.21, DoD 5200.01, AFI 16-1404, AFMAN 16-1405/16-1406, ICDs 704/705 Excellent organizational, customer service, and team leadership skills U.S. Citizenship required Ability to obtain/maintain base access and all required certifications
