QUALIFICATIONS
(MUST HAVE): 10+ years of civilian law enforcement experience. 2+ years of management, operations, or supervisory experience. Experience hiring, developing, motivating, and retaining staff. Able to manage multiple priorities, complex situations, diverse teams, and client needs. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work independently and in a team environment. Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field. State/local licensing requirements may apply prior to employment Allied Universal® is hiring a Site Protection Manager (Amazon) . The Site Security Lead is accountable for the day-to-day operations of an assigned customer site, including hiring, training, disciplining, and terminating staff. Build, improve and maintain relationships with clients and employees: develop & retain staff; coordinate needed support services and solve problems to effectively keep the site safe and secure. Meet or exceed service level agreement & operational goals; provide quality customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage scheduling: Leverage AI-powered technology to effectively schedule security officers, meeting client contract hours while minimizing unbilled overtime
Lead and Develop Security Teams:
Hire, coach and manage security officers and supervisors while overseeing payroll, performance, and employee relations
Enhance Client Relationships:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service that protects people and property
Handle Security Incidents and Emergencies:
Respond to escalated issues professionally, coordinating with clients and internal teams
Direct Compliance and Security Operational Excellence:
Oversee training, safety, and site operational standards as well as managing inventory (uniforms, equipment, and other essential supplies)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
(NICE TO HAVE): American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS), International Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification Previous payroll, billing, or scheduling experience Aptitude with security systems: CCTV, access control, and badge administration
