Job Description

Position Overview Anchorage Consultants LLC is recruiting an experienced Activity Security Representative III (ASR III) to support a federal government customer. This position provides multi-disciplined security support across Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and Special Access Program (SAP) environments. Responsibilities include personnel security processing, classified material accountability, facility security, compliance, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities Process and review Program Access Requests (PARs), SAP nominations, and personnel security documentation. Conduct DCII, JPAS, SAPNP, and AFADS reviews and maintain personnel access records. Perform security indoctrinations and support clearance processing activities. Maintain personnel security files, sponsored billets, and access eligibility records. Conduct classification reviews and maintain classified document accountability. Process classified correspondence, courier packages, electronic data transfers, and material destruction. Support facility access control, visitor processing, inspections, and badge administration. Participate in Air Force SAP security compliance inspections. Implement and enforce established security policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Support security awareness and education programs. Provide leadership, mentoring, and quality assurance for security team members. Coordinate with government personnel, military representatives, and industry partners. Required Qualifications Five (5) to seven (7) years of related security experience. Bachelor's degree in a related field or four (4) years of equivalent experience. Demonstrated hands-on experience supporting SAP security operations. Experience with personnel security processing, classified material control, and security administration. Familiarity with applicable DoD security policies, DCIDs, JAFANs, and governing directives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a dynamic DoD environment. Completion of DoD SAPCO-approved SAPNP training when performing personnel security functions. Willingness to travel within the organization's geographic Area of Responsibility (AOR). Security Requirements Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. Eligibility for access to Special Access Programs (SAP). Prior hands-on experience working within a SAP environment. Willingness to undergo a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph. Physical Requirements Must be able to perform duties involving sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, stooping, and squatting.
Pay:
$110,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year Application Question(s): Are you SCI eligible?
