Full Job Description Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 11:00 PM-7:30 AM Key Responsibilities Monitor CCTV surveillance systems to identify suspicious activity, security threats, unauthorized access, and safety concerns. Conduct routine foot patrols of buildings, parking areas, and company property. Monitor facility entrances, restricted areas, keys, and access-control points. Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, medical emergencies, fire emergencies, intrusions, and other incidents. Investigate security incidents, gather relevant information, and complete detailed incident reports and daily activity logs. Communicate and coordinate with management, law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency personnel when necessary. Inspect and monitor CCTV cameras, alarms, access-control systems, and other security equipment. Maintain a professional and visible security presence to protect employees, visitors, company property, equipment, and facilities. Assist with employee and visitor security awareness, orientation, and training. Travel between company locations as needed to perform security checks and respond to incidents. Follow all company security policies, safety procedures, and emergency-response protocols. Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. Valid driver's license required. Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment physical examination. Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while performing security patrols. Ability to work independently and remain alert throughout an overnight shift. Strong observation, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to respond calmly and professionally during emergencies or security incidents. Previous security, law enforcement, military, or manufacturing-security experience preferred. #
