Responsibilities Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive security protocols to protect personnel, property, and information. Manage security teams by providing clear direction, conducting training sessions on emergency procedures, conflict management, and customer service excellence. Conduct thorough background checks on potential staff members to ensure trustworthiness and compliance with security standards. Operate and maintain security systems such as access control systems, surveillance cameras, and alarm systems to monitor premises effectively. Coordinate emergency response efforts including first aid, CPR, and liaising with law enforcement or emergency services during incidents. Perform regular physical security assessments including heavy lifting tasks when necessary to maintain perimeter integrity or secure assets. Generate detailed reports on incidents, surveillance activities, and operational audits to support ongoing security improvements. Qualifications Proven experience in security management or law enforcement roles with a strong understanding of physical security practices. Knowledge of security systems including access control systems, surveillance equipment, and alarm monitoring. Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in high-pressure environments. Excellent written communication skills for report writing and documentation purposes. Ability to perform background checks and enforce compliance with security regulations effectively. Certifications in first aid, CPR, or emergency response are highly desirable; military experience is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for report creation and operational documentation. $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
