Armed Security Officer:

Part Time:

Thursday and Friday from 7A to 4:30P at the Calhoun County DHR, Anniston, Alabama

• Protect people and property
• Patrol interior and exterior of building(s)
• Act as a visual deterrent to crime and other undesired activities
• Write detailed incident reports
• Assist supervisor in resolving client issues or escalating issues to management in a timely manner Requirements/Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 21 years of age
• Be of good moral character
• Pass a pre-employment background investigation/post-offer drug screen
• Be able to obtain and maintain state certification
• Excellent written and oral communication skill
• Professional appearance, well groomed and no offensive tattoos
• Must possess current Alabama handgun permit, current Alabama drivers license
• Requires own handgun extra magazine and a security holster.

Handgun must be 380, 9mm or at least a 6 shot 38 caliber with two speed loaders.

NO FELONY CONVICTIONS. NO DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CONVICTIONS.

Misdemeanors will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must qualify under Alabama State Regulatory Board (ASRB) laws and regulations.
