What You'll Do:

Maintain a visible presence throughout the property by walking the grounds daily Respond to noise complaints and help de-escalate situations professionally Assist residents with non-emergency needs Monitor common areas like pools, game rooms, and fitness facilities Check lighting and report maintenance needs to the management team Observe and report vandalism, suspicious activity, or vehicle violations Support overall community safety through routine patrols Contact local law enforcement when appropriate, in accordance with policy
