PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate contacts and/or emergency services as directed by site procedures. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points, observe visitor and contractor activity, and assist with maintaining orderly entry and exit procedures in accordance with site policies. Document patrols, incidents, and unusual conditions in required reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 2 years of security-related experience is required. At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
