Salary:

Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Group Supervisor at The Dermott Juvenile Treatment Center (DJTC) in Dermott, Arkansas? DJTC is a secure residential program for at-risk male youth ages 18-21, located outside of Dermott, AR. Through our trained programming for staff, DJTC promotes a normalized high school experience, offers a safe environment and provides opportunities for positive change, as well as providing the unlimited potential for achievement and growth for students and staff. Our campus features residential student dormitories, on-site school and library, vocational training program, medical and an outdoor recreation area. Pay :

$45,000 annually; can increase based on education and years of experience

Schedule:

3.5 days per week, 12-hour shifts + A Shift

• Sunday/Monday/Tuesday 7am-9m and Wednesday
• 8am-3pm 1 hour break each day + B Shift
• Thursday/Friday/Saturday
• 7am-9pm and Wednesday
