GROUP SUPERVISOR
at Rite of Passage in Dermott, Arkansas, United States Job Description
Salary:
$45,000 USD per year Description ?Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Group Supervisor at The Dermott Juvenile Treatment Center (DJTC) in Dermott, Arkansas? DJTC is a secure residential program for at-risk male youth ages 18-21, located outside of Dermott, AR. Through our trained programming for staff, DJTC promotes a normalized high school experience, offers a safe environment and provides opportunities for positive change, as well as providing the unlimited potential for achievement and growth for students and staff. Our campus features residential student dormitories, on-site school and library, vocational training program, medical and an outdoor recreation area. Pay :
$45,000 annually; can increase based on education and years of experience

ROP-benefits-and-perks-2 (riteofpassage/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/ROP-benefits-perks-2024-v2.pdf) To be considered you should: Internal applicants must have completed Youth Care 101 and Essentials Subjects Possess a high school diploma or equivalent ~ Must have at least 1 year of experience working at-risk youth ~ Supervisory experience is preferred ~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry ~ Must meet requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having an active Driver's License
Schedule:
3.5 days per week, 12-hour shifts + A Shift
  • Sunday/Monday/Tuesday 7am-9m and Wednesday
  • 8am-3pm 1 hour break each day + B Shift
  • Thursday/Friday/Saturday
  • 7am-9pm and Wednesday
