Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage conflicts, monitor entry control, and respond to emergencies with professionalism and composure. Responsibilities Patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Monitor site and/or equipment to detect suspicious activities. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies. Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify potential security risks. Enforce facility rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor. Provide assistance during emergencies, including administering first aid and CPR when necessary. Document incidents and prepare daily reports as required. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when needed. Participate in training sessions on conflict management and loss prevention strategies. Qualifications Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service or related fields is highly desirable Certification in first aid and CPR to provide emergency assistance when needed Knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV and familiarity with loss prevention techniques Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure Ability to perform physical duties including standing, walking, patrolling for extended periods Excellent observational skills with attention to detail in monitoring activities and identifying risks Valid security license or certification as required by local regulations (if applicable) Join us in ensuring the safety and security of our community while developing your skills in a dynamic environment.
