PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Monitor and control access to the food and beverage distribution location by verifying credentials, processing visitors, maintaining entry records, and directing authorized personnel and deliveries. Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and reporting concerns to appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, loading areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Maintain accurate logs and complete required reports related to visitor access, incidents, and security-related observations.

Minimum Requirements:

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
