Job Description

Dirty Birdies is seeking a dependable, professional Security Team Member to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment during late-night operations. The ideal candidate is confident, calm under pressure, and experienced in customer interaction, conflict de-escalation, and venue security. Responsibilities Monitor entrances, exits, and guest activity throughout the venue. Verify IDs and ensure compliance with Arizona alcohol regulations. Maintain a visible security presence during peak evening and closing hours. De-escalate conflicts and respond to disruptive behavior professionally. Assist management and staff with safety-related concerns. Document incidents and communicate effectively with supervisors. Help ensure a positive experience for guests while enforcing venue policies. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old. Previous security, door staff, military, law enforcement, or hospitality experience preferred. Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to remain professional in fast-paced nightlife environments. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Weekend and late-night availability required. Arizona security certifications or relevant training are a plus. Schedule Primarily evenings and late nights. Friday and Saturday shifts expected.
