ob Summary The Security Guard is responsible for patrolling the building and surrounding property to maintain a safe and secure environment. This position focuses on preventing unauthorized entry, trespassing, vandalism, theft, and property damage. Job Responsibilities Conduct regular patrols of the building, parking areas, and surrounding property. Monitor the property for unauthorized individuals, including individuals attempting to enter or occupy the building without permission. Ensure all doors, windows, gates, and entrances are properly secured. Identify and report suspicious activity, vandalism, property damage, or attempted break-ins. Contact law enforcement immediately when criminal activity, trespassing, or property damage occurs. Maintain a safe distance from potentially dangerous individuals and avoid physical confrontation. Document all incidents and report concerns to management. Notify management of maintenance issues or security concerns that could compromise the property. Job Requirements Ability to patrol the property regularly. Strong observation and communication skills. Ability to respond appropriately to emergencies. Dependable, punctual, and professional. Ability to contact law enforcement and management when necessary.

Pay:

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
