4:00 AM Role Overview Superior Protection Services is hiring Unarmed Security Officers for a busy copper mining facility in Sahuarita, AZ.

This is an outdoor industrial role focused on gate access control, perimeter patrols, and maintaining site safety and security. You will interact with truck drivers, vendors, contractors, and site personnel in a professional manner. Ideal for someone who is reliable, observant, and comfortable working in a dusty outdoor industrial environment. Key Requirements Must be 23 years of age or older Active Arizona Guard Card (Required) Valid Driver's License with clean driving record Strong reliability and consistent attendance Professional demeanor and attention to detail Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions What You'll Do Control access at facility gates (check trucks, vendors, and visitors) Conduct foot and vehicle perimeter patrols Enforce site access procedures and post orders Observe and report safety hazards or suspicious activity Complete detailed incident and daily activity reports Provide excellent customer service to site personnel and visitors What We Offer Stable full-time schedule Paid training Supportive management team
