Job Description
Security Officer Duties:
Overnights 2200 to 0600- Patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
- Enforce property rules and regulations
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security risks
- Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors when needed
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records Assist and enhance hotel management and owners in helping to reduce disturbances, theft, vandalism, criminal activities, unauthorized occupation of units, trespassing, fire and police emergencies, and personal injuries by providing professional safety and security services.
Experience:
- Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with security equipment is desirable
- Strong observation and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Excellent problem-solving abilities We're looking for an observant and responsible security guard to add to our team.
