DESCRIPTION

Responsible for managing a secure entrance and perimeter for the facility Learn all the jobs of your immediate staff. Ensure completion and accuracy of reports done by staff Complete daily and weekly reports as needed Supervise, train, and evaluate performance of staff; implement disciplinary procedures when necessary. Resolve employee's conflicts and issues promptly and objectively. Direct communication with company and outside services Work in the Order Management System/Shop Floor Work with the Plant Shipping/Shag Service/Traffic Work with the Traffic Department to coordinate shipping date, times, and locations Maintain Outbound Logs Weigh and maintain logs for inbound and outbound trucks Attend meetings as scheduled Reports to Safety & Health Manager Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous security related experience a plus High School Diploma or GED equivalent 10-key and computer skills required Ability to handle conflict Communication skills—written and verbal Ability to speak multiple languages beneficial but not required Self-starter & Team player Must be able to demonstrate effective people skills Good attendance Record Must be able to work flexible hours Saturdays & Sundays hours as needed or required JBS is an equal opportunity employer.
