Oversee surveillance activities, including monitoring CCTV systems to prevent loss and ensure safety. Collaborate with local law enforcement as needed to address security concerns or incidents on-site. Maintain accurate records of incidents, reports, and safety drills for compliance purposes. Qualifications Must have an active Arizona Guard Card. Must be 100 % drug-free. This includes THC, CBD and Marijuana. You will be tested at the time of interview. Familiarity with surveillance systems, including CCTV operation and loss prevention strategies. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel. Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions in emergency situations. Must be good with computers and able to work in a fast paced environment. Be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time and get in and out of vehicle without issues. Be able to work outside during inclement weather conditions, including Arizona's extreme summer heat Be able to accept occasional overtime hours (remaining on post after scheduled shift ends, arriving early, or accepting a post on an 'Off' day)
