What You'll Do Deliver exceptional service to clients, customers, and the public Patrol, monitor, and inspect assigned facilities to ensure safety and security Enforce site rules, regulations, and company policies Respond promptly to incidents, gather accurate information, and complete detailed reports Handle emergency situations and coordinate with law enforcement or emergency personnel when needed Follow all post orders and supervisor instructions with professionalism What We're Looking For Valid BSIS Guard Card (Required) Valid BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit (Required) Minimum 3 years of armed security experience (school security experience preferred) Prior school security experience strongly preferred Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record High school diploma or GED equivalent Current BSIS certifications for Pepper Spray, Baton, and Handcuffs (Required) Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification (Required) Strong communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills Ability to remain calm, alert, and professional under pressure Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts Professional appearance and commitment to maintaining a safe learning environment Schedule & Pay 8-hour shifts Day shift only - Monday through Friday Full-time and part-time opportunities available Competitive pay (discussed during interview) Benefits 401(k) retirement plan Health insurance Opportunities for growth and advancement Location Requirements Must be able to commute to Calabasas, CA Must be willing to relocate before starting work (if applicable)
