As a Security Officer Screening Representative in City Of Industry, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Screener at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor entry points, conduct screening activities, and help to support a well-run environment through strong communication and customer service. In this role, you will stay visible, complete routine patrols, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity, teamwork, and a caring, reliable, and innovative approach.

PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access control activities, and security-related policies at a logistics and distribution location. Screen individuals, packages, and/or personal belongings entering or leaving the location in accordance with post instructions and established procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access, document screening activity, and maintain accurate daily logs and incident reports. Conduct regular and random patrols around designated areas, docks, and perimeter locations as directed, with working environments and conditions varying by site.
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
