You will be ensuring the safety of property and assets through vigilant surveillance, access control, and incident response. Your proactive approach will help foster a secure atmosphere where business operations can run smoothly and confidently. Duties Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent unauthorized access, theft, and vandalism. Control entry and exit points by verifying credentials and issuing visitor passes. Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed. Perform safety checks, including first aid assistance and conflict management when necessary. Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security breaches. Enforce loss prevention policies by identifying suspicious behavior and preventing theft or damage. Experience Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively. Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and security protocols. Ability to remain alert during long shifts while maintaining professionalism at all times. Experience working in fast-paced environments requiring quick decision-making and clear communication.
