HOA Flex Security Officer Schedule Part-Tim e Job Description Allstate Security is seeking a dependable Flex Security Officer to provide coverage for a residential HOA community in Corona, CA. Officers must be available to fill open shifts, support operational coverage, and adapt to changing staffing needs. This position is designed to provide reliable backup coverage while helping maintain consistent staffing levels.

Responsibilities include:

Conducting routine foot and vehicle patrols Monitoring entrances and exits Maintaining a visible security presence throughout the community Reporting incidents, suspicious activity, and safety concerns Completing Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and Incident Reports Enforcing HOA rules, policies, and procedures Providing excellent customer service to residents, guests, and vendors Responding professionally to emergencies and incidents Supporting additional coverage needs as assigned Primary Coverage Area Corona Requirements Active BSIS Guard Card Valid California Driver's License Reliable transportation Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently Comfortable using mobile reporting applications Previous security experience preferred Allstate Security provides professional security services throughout California - from San Francisco down to Los Angeles, and continuing all the way through our headquarters area in San Diego, CA.
