  • Comercial property We are seeking a Vehicle Patrol Officer to become an integral part of our security team.
The selected individual will patrol and secure assigned premises while identifying risks to staff, tenants, and patrons in a high-end outdoor retail environment.
Important Requirements:
Valid Driver's License

  • incomplete or inaccurate work history may disqualify you Open Availability Required
  • weekends and mandatory overtime
Shifts:
4:00 PM
  • 12:00 AM; 12AM-8
AM Responsibilities:
Conduct vehicle patrols to deter theft, trespassing, vandalism, and other risks. Monitor premises and enforce rules to maintain a safe environment. Respond to incidents and support business as needed. Inspect and secure doors, windows, gates, and access points. Warn violators of property rules and take appropriate action when necessary. Report hazards such as fire risks, water leaks, or unsafe conditions. Call for emergency services when high-risk situations arise. Complete electronic reports accurately and in a timely manner. Occasionally lift 10-15 pounds
Qualifications:
2 years recent full time vehicle patrol security experience in similar position Previous security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred. Strong observation and communication skills. Familiarity with security equipment and procedures. Ability to handle physically demanding tasks. Must be dependable, professional, and detail-oriented.
