8pm-2am Overview Join our dynamic security team as an Armed Security Officer and play a vital role in safeguarding property, assets, and personnel. This energetic position demands a proactive approach to security, combining vigilance with excellent communication skills. As an Armed Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment through active patrols, surveillance, and quick response to incidents. Your dedication ensures the safety and confidence of everyone on-site while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. Responsibilities Conduct regular patrols of the premises using surveillance equipment and physical inspections to deter unauthorized access and prevent theft or vandalism. Watch Parking to remove unwanted guess. At times also watch front entrance checking Identification. On your feet mostly patrolling parking lot, staying aware and using de-escalation methods to resolve situations. Monitor CCTV systems continuously to identify suspicious activity and respond promptly to any security breaches. Manage access control by verifying identification and credentials for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors. Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies, including medical incidents, conflicts, or security threats, utilizing first aid and CPR skills when necessary. Enforce security policies and procedures with confidence, managing conflicts professionally while de-escalating tense situations. Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents, providing clear communication and support. Complete detailed incident reports, shift logs, and surveillance documentation accurately to ensure comprehensive records of all activities. Skills Proven experience in security roles with a focus on armed security operations. Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques including CCTV monitoring and loss prevention strategies. Ability to handle conflict management situations calmly and effectively under pressure. Certifications in first aid, CPR, law enforcement procedures or military experience are highly desirable. Familiarity with security equipment such as alarm systems, access control systems, and CCTV technology. Excellent observational skills combined with the ability to act decisively in emergency situations.
