The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. Duties Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action. Conduct regular inspections of premises, including access points, to deter unauthorized entry. Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and prevent disturbances. Provide assistance in conflict management situations, utilizing de-escalation techniques when necessary. Prepare detailed reports of incidents, observations, and activities during shifts. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during emergencies or investigations. Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential theft or security breaches. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in security preferred. Experience in conflict management or crisis intervention is highly desirable. Familiarity with surveillance systems, including CCTV operation. Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A background in military service or law enforcement is advantageous but not mandatory. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required.
