Job Description
We are hiring professional Unarmed Security Officers for commercial properties (shopping centers, office environments, and other client sites). We're looking for officers who are dependable, calm under pressure, and customer-service focused .If you're the type of officer who shows up on time, communicates clearly, and handles the public with professionalism, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities Provide a visible security presence and deter theft, vandalism, and disturbances Patrol assigned areas (foot patrol and/or property checks depending on site) Provide excellent customer service to tenants, employees, and the public Observe, document, and report incidents accurately and professionally Follow post orders and company procedures Communicate clearly with supervisors and property contacts as needed Requirements (Must Have) Active BSIS Guard Card (required) Reliable transportation (required) — you must be able to report to your assigned site consistently and on time Valid Driver's License (required) Strong communication skills and professional demeanor Excellent customer service skills (this is a public-facing role) Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and work outdoors as needed Must pass background screening (and driving record check if applicable) Preferred (Nice to Have) Prior security experience (commercial property / retail / patrol) Military or law enforcement background Experience writing incident reports How to ApplyApply through Indeed and include: Your city Confirmation you have an active BSIS Guard Card Your availability (days/times) Whether you're open to OC / Long Beach / Fontana assignments
