Weekly Pay Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits (eligible full-time employees after 90 days) Career Growth Opportunities Direct Deposit & Pay Card Options Company-Provided Uniforms Supportive Management Team Essential Duties & Responsibilities Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, violations, and incidents Conduct foot patrols and site inspections Monitor entrances, exits, loading areas, and access points Maintain a visible security presence Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors Complete incident reports and daily activity logs accurately Utilize computers, tablets, phones, and security technology Respond professionally to emergencies and security concerns Follow all site-specific procedures and company policies Qualifications Valid California Guard Card (Required) Power to Arrest Certificate (Required) High School Diploma or GED Previous security experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Intermediate computer skills Excellent customer service skills No felony arrests or convictions Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record preferred Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift up to 40 pounds when necessary Ability to climb stairs, ramps, and ladders as needed Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Commute Requirement Applicants must be able to reliably commute to Compton, Paramount, La Habra, and Riverside as needed.
