Duties:

• Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect any suspicious activities
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
• Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Enforce property rules and regulations to ensure compliance
• Conduct regular inspections of access points, including doors, windows, and gates
• Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities

Experience:

• Previous experience as a security guard or in a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and conflict management techniques is desirable
• Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment is a plus
• Experience in loss prevention or law enforcement is beneficial

Skills:

• Strong observational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
• Good physical condition with the ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
