Government Contract Site Pay:
$20.00 to $21.00 per hourSchedule:
Full-time. Day, swing, and night shifts are available. Exact shift and workdays will be confirmed during the interview process.Overtime:

401(k) matching, paid time off, and professional development assistance Work location: In person in Hawthorne, CA 90250 Valcor Security is hiring disciplined Corporate Security Officers for a technology client operating under a government contract. This high-standard position protects personnel, property, access points, and sensitive operations. U.S. military veteran or prior law-enforcement experience is required for this contract. Key Responsibilities- Control access and verify authorized personnel, visitors, and vendors.
- Maintain a professional security presence at the corporate site.
- Conduct hourly patrols and monitor assigned areas.
- Observe, document, and report activity and incidents through Belfry.
- Respond calmly and according to post orders and emergency procedures.
- Coordinate with site leadership, client management, and Valcor operations.
- Protect confidential information and sensitive operations. Required Qualifications
- U.S. military veteran or prior law-enforcement experience.
- At least 2 years of security experience.
- Active California BSIS Guard Card.
- Ability to pass the background screening required for a government-contract site.
- Strong situational awareness, judgment, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Availability for the assigned day, swing, or night shift. What We Offer
