This is a high-standard post protecting personnel, property, access points, and sensitive operations. This is a supervisory rover role, not a static post. You will move throughout the site rather than hold one fixed position, setting the tone for the officers on shift, verifying posts are covered and post orders are being followed, and serving as the on-site point of contact for client management and Valcor operations during your shift. U.S. military veteran or prior law-enforcement experience is required for this contract. Schedule This position carries a fixed weekly schedule:

swing shift You must be able to work both graveyard and swing shifts within the same week and commit to this schedule consistently. Candidates who cannot work overnight shifts or weekends will not be considered. What You Will Do Supervise and support officers assigned to the site during your shift Rove the property, conduct patrols, and verify posts are covered and alert Control access and verify authorized personnel, visitors, and vendors Learn, enforce, and train officers on the post orders for the account Observe, document, and report activity and incidents through Belfry Respond calmly and according to post orders and emergency procedures Serve as the on-shift point of contact for site leadership, client management, and Valcor operations Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports Address performance and appearance issues on shift and escalate when appropriate Protect confidential information and sensitive operations Maintain a professional, alert, and service-oriented presence at all times Required Qualifications U.S. military veteran or prior law-enforcement experience At least 2 years of security experience Active California BSIS Guard Card in good standing Ability to pass the background screening required for a government-contract site Valid California driver's license with a proven good driving record and reliable transportation Availability for the fixed schedule listed above, including overnight and weekend shifts Strong situational awareness, judgment, and decision making Clear written and verbal communication and solid report-writing skills Ability to stand or walk for extended periods Working smartphone with dependable service Dependable attendance and punctuality Preferred Prior supervisory, lead, or shift-leadership experience in security, military, or law enforcement Experience on a corporate, technology, or government-contract site

Pay:
