Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver in Hemet, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Driving Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for customers, associates, and visitors. You will respond to security-related concerns, communicate clearly, and provide outstanding customer service while representing Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and integrity-driven culture.

PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to shoppers, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entry and exit points, parking areas, and perimeter locations. Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and potential loss-prevention concerns, and report observations to appropriate site contacts. Assist with access control, visitor interactions, and traffic flow while maintaining a professional presence that helps to deter unauthorized activity.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
