• Growth Opportunities Job Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service and greet residents and visitors in a friendly, professional manner =Build positive relationships with residents and respond to questions or concerns with patience and respect.
• Conduct regular foot patrols throughout the community to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
• Drive a company vehicle to complete property patrols and respond to service calls.
• Inspect community amenities, including pools, parks, clubhouses, and other common areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures for community facilities.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, safety hazards, maintenance issues, or policy violations.
• Complete accurate daily activity logs and incident reports.
• Communicate professionally with residents, guests, management, and fellow team members.
• Follow company policies and maintain a professional appearanc
• Visual Deterrent to Criminal Activities
• Protection of company property
• Ensuring the safety and well being of customers and associates on premises
• Conducting foot patrols
• Conducting vehicle patrols Minimum Qualification
• Security Background Required
• Must provide current Guard Card
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Fluent in English (bilingual preferred)
• Successful Background Check including a drug screen
• Ability to work nights & weekends
• Friendly, approachable, and customer service-oriented
• Comfortable working with seniors in a respectful and professional manner
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Able to walk for extended periods and perform regular foot patrols.
• Strong communication and basic report-writing skills
