What You'll Do Access Control:

screen and register all incoming visitors Perform hourly patrols on foot, golf cart, or Detex checkpoints Secure and guard the facility and designated areas on private property Remain alert and observe for any suspicious activity

Report:

create incident reports and notify management of any incidents Able to work alone and stand your ground when situations require it Make sure all gates and locks are secured Communicate with the client for daily activity reports What We're Looking For Valid California Guard Card (required) Reliable transportation Must be 18 years or older Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Able to pass a pre-employment background check Punctual, professional, able to stand and walk for extended periods Computer literate comfortable with email, data entry, Google Sheets, digital patrol apps, uploading photos, and basic troubleshooting Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Prior security experience preferred, not required Gear You'll Need (within your first 30 days) Duty belt Handcuffs with holder Flashlight with holder Security badge Black tactical boots or patrol shoes Why Dinasty Security We're looking for guards who show up prepared, take pride in the uniform, and understand that professionalism, vigilance, and reliability are what separate real officers from placeholders.
