As an Armed Security Officer, you will utilize your law enforcement background, conflict management skills, and security expertise to prevent incidents and respond effectively when needed. Responsibilities Monitor premises through CCTV surveillance systems to detect suspicious activity and ensure safety protocols are followed. Authorize access for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors while verifying identification and credentials. Skills Proven experience in law enforcement, military service, or security roles with a strong understanding of security protocols. Ability to operate surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems effectively. Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Knowledge of first aid procedures and CPR certification is highly desirable. Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and security best practices. Strong communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with team members and emergency personnel.
