Pay Rates:
$17.00 + up to $1.50 per hour in reimbursements •
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK NIGHTS, HOLIDAYS & WEEKENDS

days and swings This is a walking / standing post Security -
Objective:
You are an experienced security officer with open availability. Shifts include weekends & holidays. Overtime may also be available. This is a standing/walking post where you will do foot patrols. You are always polite, professional and courteous. You have your own smartphone and are familiar with common mobile apps. You are always highly visible and follow post orders and client instructions and you like keeping clients and the public safe. Security -
Responsibilities:
Keep your Guard Card & BSIS training current. Follow company policies, post orders and client instructions. Be highly visible and do walking patrols of property. Prevent trespassing, theft & vandalism. Report your activities on smart phone app(s). Alert law enforcement when a crime or emergency occurs. Work all hours assigned. Be polite and professional Other tasks as they are assigned. Security -
Skills Required:
You must stand and walk while on duty. Always be alert and sometimes work during adverse weather conditions. Good verbal and writing communication in English. Be on time and you may work alone for long periods of time. Good teamwork skills and leadership skills to set a good example for others and be promoted. Security -
Requirements:
Have a valid California Guard Card. Have reliable transportation. Have a working smart phone with mobile data. Work weekends and holidays. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to walk/stand 90% of the time and sit 10% of the time. The employee will occasionally lift and or carry up to 25 lbs. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to use hands to fingers, handle or feel objects, touch, and use tools, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, bend, stoop, twist, lift, reach, push, pull, grasp, balance, kneel, crouch, crawl, grasp, talk, hear, smell and walk during the course of employment. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and an ability to adjust focus. Open/ close gates, doors, etc.
