Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized individuals enter.
Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

Enforce property rules and regulations, addressing any violations or disturbances
Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently, following established protocols
Provide directions and assistance to bar staff and visitors as needed
Help everyone leave bar after last call

Possess a valid guard
Strong observation skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and perform physical tasks as required Please note that this position may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
