  • Long Beach The Lobby Ambassador serves as the first point of contact for tenants, guests, and visitors entering the commercial high-rise building.
This role involves providing a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring the security and safety of the premises, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and Assistance:
Warmly greet tenants, guests, and visitors upon arrival. Provide directions, information, and assistance regarding building amenities, services, and surrounding areas. Address and resolve inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
Access Control:
Monitor and control access to the building, ensuring that only authorized individuals enter. Verify identification and issue visitor passes as necessary. Maintain a visitor log and manage guest check-ins and check-outs.
Security and Safety:
Conduct regular surveillance of the lobby area and report any suspicious activities or security breaches. Collaborate with security personnel to ensure the safety of the building and its occupants. Respond promptly to emergencies, such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or evacuations, and assist as needed.
Communication:
Serve as a liaison between building management, security, and tenants. Communicate effectively with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations. Relay important information or updates to tenants and guests as required.
Lobby Maintenance:
Ensure the lobby area is clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times. Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning staff to address any issues or concerns. Report any maintenance needs or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
