Job Description

Our firm is in search of a Part Time Shift Supervisor to provide oversight of personnel during their shift in a residential space, specifically a high-rise condominium complex located in Marina Del Rey .

Schedule:

Swing Shift (3pm-11:30pm) Part time to start! Security Supervisor experience is a MUST and a strong customer service background is required.

Job Duties:

Provide supervisory oversight for a team of 5-8 security personnel. Manage the safety of all staff by ensuring strict adherence to company policy and protocols. Oversee time and attendance policies including rest and meal time compliance. Provide quality interaction and coordination between client and company. Provide oversight of the reporting function including all incident reports. Communicate with management daily. Maintains a safe and compliant work environment at all times.

Work Experience:

Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in the security field Minimum 3 years of security service experience Excellent customer service background

Requirements:

Must have current BSIS Guard Card Excellent communication skills Reliable transportation Excellent management and supervisory skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Prolonged periods standing and walking on-site. Large Campus Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
