As a key member of our security operations, you will be responsible for monitoring premises, performing routine patrols, and ensuring compliance with security protocols. Duties Conduct regular patrols of designated areas to monitor for suspicious activity, safety hazards, or security breaches Operate access control systems to verify authorized entry and exit of personnel and visitors Utilize CCTV surveillance equipment to observe premises and identify potential security concerns Write detailed incident reports documenting any unusual occurrences or security incidents Perform background checks on visitors or contractors as required by security procedures Respond promptly to emergency situations following established protocols, including fire alarms or medical emergencies Manage conflict de-escalation techniques to handle disputes calmly and effectively while maintaining safety standards Qualifications Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is preferred but not required Knowledge of surveillance systems, CCTV operation, and access control technology Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting when necessary Certification in first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED (Automated External Defibrillator) operation, and fire safety procedures is highly desirable Familiarity with emergency response procedures and conflict management strategies Strong communication skills with the ability to write clear incident reports and interact professionally with the public Physical fitness to stand, walk, and perform patrols for extended periods; ability to perform heavy lifting when needed Understanding of security regulations, compliance standards, and legal requirements related to physical security and surveillance Join us in creating a secure environment where safety is our top priority.
