Full Job Description Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Enforce security policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access
- Respond to alarms and incidents promptly, taking appropriate action as necessary
- Conduct thorough investigations of any suspicious activities or incidents
- Monitor surveillance cameras and report any unusual or suspicious behavior
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required
- Complete detailed reports on incidents, accidents, and observations
Skills:
- Law enforcement experience or training is preferred
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and practices
- Familiarity with app including Connecteam
