PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the business, perimeter, parking areas, and other assigned locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and report unusual conditions or policy violations. Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.
Minimum Requirements:
Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
