$22.00 / Hour Job Schedule Day Time Mon 07:00 AM – 03:30 PM Tue 07:00 AM – 03:30 PM Fri 07:00 AM – 03:30 PM Sat 07:00 AM – 03:30 PM Sun 07:00 AM – 03:30 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols throughout retail common areas, parking facilities, loading zones, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns. Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures. Monitor access points and restricted areas, provide directions and assistance to visitors, and report suspicious activity or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel. Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site management. Minimum Requirements A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. CPR certification is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
