Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated Unarmed Security Guard to join our team in Oxnard, CA . This role is essential in maintaining a safe, orderly, and professional environment while delivering exceptional service and upholding company standards. Responsibilities Conduct routine security patrols and monitor assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and staff, ensuring safety protocols and site rules are followed Accurately and promptly complete incident and daily activity reports Manage access control and visitor flow in a professional and courteous manner Follow established procedures during emergencies and conflict situations Enforce company policies, post orders, and regulations to maintain a safe environment Maintain a visible and alert presence to deter potential threats or misconduct Qualifications Previous experience or training in security, customer service, or a related field preferred Must be bilingual and fluent in Spanish and English Strong verbal communication and de-escalation skills First Aid and CPR certification preferred Knowledge of loss prevention and situational awareness techniques is a plus Familiarity with laws and regulations related to private security work Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays if needed High level of professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment
