General Duties:
Duties Required But Not Limited to Documentation via electronic device throughout the entirety of the shift Hourly driving and foot patrols w/ checkpoint scans Inspections of Common Areas (Trash Enclosure, Vacancy Units, Roof Access) Submit detailed reports with pictures Shift Overlaps
•24 hour Service Hold Over Until Relieved Opening and Closing Procedures Enforce Property Rules Trespassing Enforcement (High Activity) Parking Enforcement This is a combination Driving (vehicle) and Foot Patrol Posting Candidates must be able to perform patrols for the duration of their shift.
