As a Security Officer ank Patrol in Palm Springs, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points and alarm activity, and provide professional customer service. You will support a secure environment through clear communication, teamwork, and integrity while representing Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, and caring culture.

PM What You'll Do:
Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and/or customers at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, ATM locations, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or potential security-related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation. Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, law enforcement, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related matters.
Minimum Requirements:
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
