In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment by monitoring crowds, managing access points, and responding swiftly to any incidents. Your proactive approach will help create a safe, enjoyable experience for attendees, staff, and performers alike. Duties Control access points by verifying credentials and managing guest check-in procedures Conduct pat-downs and bag inspections to prevent unauthorized items from entering the venue Respond promptly to emergencies or conflicts, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents or evacuations Requirements Must have valid Guard Card Knowledge of surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert for extended periods during events Familiarity with security equipment such as access control devices Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members, attendees, and emergency personnel We value energetic professionals who are dedicated to maintaining secure environments while delivering exceptional service.
