Pay:

$23.00 per hour

Employment Type:

Full-Time Responsibilities Conduct routine and unannounced site visits to ensure compliance with post orders and operational expectations. Supervise, mentor, and support security officers in the field. Respond to incidents, emergencies, and call-offs as needed. Ensure accurate completion of incident reports and other required documentation. Help maintain staffing coverage and communicate operational updates to management. Coach officers on performance, professionalism, and customer service. Serve as a liaison between field personnel and Operations Management. Minimum Qualifications Valid California BSIS Guard Card Valid California Exposed Firearm Permit Prior supervisory experience in security or a related field Minimum 2 years of security experience High School Diploma or equivalent Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Strong communication and report-writing skills Ability to speak, read, and write English Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening Preferred Qualifications Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience CPR/AED, First Aid, Baton, or OC Pepper Spray certifications Pay & Benefits $23.00 per hour Full-Time position Recognition and Reward Programs Training and Career Development Medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and 401(k) benefits for eligible employees Uniform and equipment provided Benefits vary based on position and eligibility.
